Overview

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will support inventory management, planning, logistics coordination, order processing, and reporting activities across the supply chain function. This role provides hands‑on exposure to the operational and analytical components of a pharmaceutical supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Update daily stock levels, tracking sheets, and ageing reports; assist with cycle counts and variance investigations; support improvement of inventory visibility tools and trackers.
• Order Processing & Logistics: Assist with order entry and checking order accuracy; coordinate with warehouse/3PL partners for delivery arrangements; track order status, delays, and exceptions; maintain delivery and fulfilment records.
• Supply Chain Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly KPI dashboards (OTIF, stock ageing, accuracy); support data validation and consolidation from multiple sources; provide insights on supply risks or service trends.
• Process Improvement: Assist in updating supply chain SOPs; support continuous improvement projects (process mapping, waste reduction); participate in cross‑functional discussions with commercial and warehouse teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Detail‑oriented with good problem‑solving ability.
• Comfortable learning systems, spreadsheets, and data tracking.
• Able to commit to at least 10 weeks.
