Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to support daily logistics operations. You will assist with monitoring inventory levels, tracking orders, shipments and deliveries, and help prepare purchase orders and blanket purchase orders.

This role also involves preparing reports, spreadsheets, and data analyses related to supply chain activities, and performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to keep operations running

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and stock movements.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of Blanket Purchase Orders (BPOs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Track and update order, shipment, and delivery status records accordingly.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and data analyses related to supply chain activities.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
