Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN LIFEWORK SDN BHD is offering an Operations Intern role in Malaysia. You will work on the warehouse floor, manage real inventory flows, and learn a Warehouse Management System while supporting senior logistics leaders.

Key responsibilities include inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, data entry in the WMS, and maintaining safety and compliance on site. This internship provides hands-on exposure to logistics operations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Assist with receiving, unloading, inspecting, and logging incoming shipments, as well as preparing, packing, and staging outbound orders.
• Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts, audit stock levels, resolve inventory discrepancies
• System Data Entry: Utilize our Warehouse Management System to track inventory movements, update shipment statuses, and generate operational reports.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace by strictly adhering to standard operating procedures.
