Job summary

PureCircle Sdn Bhd in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan, invites an Internship Student - Production to join our team in a full-time capacity. This placement offers hands-on experience in a dynamic production environment, supporting daily manufacturing operations while applying academic knowledge.

You will work closely with Production Managers, analyse data, and help ensure production goals are met, with emphasis on accuracy, teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recent graduate in Engineering, Production Management or related fields.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Health and safety awareness and a commitment to safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Compile, review and analyze OEE data to meet production goals.
• File and organize documents, both softcopy and hardcopy.
• Work with Production Managers to plan and schedule shopfloor work.
• Verify records for Production Line 1 processes.
• Assist the document controller in closing findings in EXP.
• Provide production data and analysis to Production Managers.
• Monitor stock of consumables for Production Line 1 workshops.
• Support traceability exercise of final products.
• Participate in monthly stock-count with Production & Supply Chain teams.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

About the role

PureCircle Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Internship Student - Production to join our team in a full-time capacity. Based at our facility in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan, this internship programme offers an exceptional opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic production environment. This role is designed for students looking to apply their academic knowledge to real-world situations whilst supporting our production operations and contributing to the smooth running of our manufacturing processes.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for OEE data compilation & review. To collect, review, and analyze department data to ensure production goals and objectives are being met
• Assist in documents filing and arrangement, both softcopy & hardcopy, inclusive of copying & scanning documents to share drive
• Work closely with Production Managers to prioritize and schedule work for shopfloor
• Assist for all Production Line 1 process records verification
• Assist document controller to close findings in EXP as & per necessary
• Provide Production Managers with production information and data analysis
• Assisting Production Manager to follow up stock of consumable items for all Production Line 1 workshops & ensuring production tools is fulfil production needs
• Assisting production supervisors on traceability exercise of final product produced
• Coordinating with Production & Supply Chain team on monthly stock count
• Undertaking additional or any other tasks or responsibilities as and when necessary

What we're looking for

Currently enrolled as a student or recent graduate in a relevant field such as Engineering, Production Management, Biotechnology, Bioprocess or Pharmaceutical.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Good written and verbal communication skills

Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Health and safety awareness with a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace

Prior experience in production or manufacturing environments is advantageous but not essential
