Green Cold Press & Food Research Sdn Bhd – Pasir Gudang, Johor
Green Cold Press & Food Research is looking for two interns for our End-of-year 2026 intake. This is a structured two-year Work-Based Learning placement for students who want practical experience beyond observation and administrative work.
You will join our food research and manufacturing team at Iskandar Halal Park and gain exposure to how food products move from formulation and testing to compliance, production and commercialisation.
Our work includes real-fruit electrolyte concentrates, plant-based meal shakes and thermally processed food products. Interns will participate in actual product-development and manufacturing activities under supervision, with greater responsibility assigned as their competence and confidence grow.
Months 1-6: Foundation (Allowance 1K)
Learn factory hygiene, food-safety procedures, ingredient preparation, equipment cleaning, production processes, basic quality testing and proper recordkeeping.
Months 7-12: Technical Development (Allowance 1.5K)
Take on more independent responsibilities in production, quality control, R&D trials, traceability and compliance documentation.
Manage assigned projects with less supervision, contribute improvement ideas and support the team in daily operations. Strong performers may be considered for full-time career opportunities after completing the programme.

The programme is particularly suitable for students undertaking a two-year university Work-Based Learning placement. Students from any recognised institution with an equivalent approved placement structure are welcome to apply.
This is an active, factory-based placement and not a desk‑only internship. Interns will participate in production, equipment cleaning and sanitation as part of normal food‑manufacturing practice.
Applicants should be comfortable standing during production and safely handling ingredients, packaging and materials weighing approximately 15 to 20 kg when required.
Accommodation and transportation are not provided. Applicants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation and reliable daily transportation to Iskandar Halal Park.
