Job summary

Metasigma in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on hardware support intern to diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, and basic embedded hardware while learning OS configuration and scripting.

You will build and scale internal IT processes, set up test benches, automate routine tasks, document fixes, and collaborate with engineers on live testing. This role offers hands-on experience in a production lab environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed diploma/degree in CS/IT/EE or related field.
• 0 years of professional experience expected; lab or personal projects are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, peripherals, and basic embedded hardware.
• Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and essential software on workstations and test devices.
