Job summary

Funding Bee is looking for a proactive Customer Engagement Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to understand customer concerns and gather feedback. You will meet customers, conduct surveys and interviews, and document pain points across touchpoints to drive improvements.

You will also negotiate with customers on responses to various business matters including payments and help identify issues related to marketing and promotions to enhance overall customer experience and retention.
