Job description

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven intern to support our business development, client servicing, and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Account Support

• Assist in handling client enquiries and follow-ups
• Coordinate with clients on onboarding, product walkthroughs, and support requests
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and partners
• Prepare meeting notes, follow-up summaries, and basic reports
• Support the sales team in ensuring smooth communication with customers

Cold Calling & Lead Generation

• Conduct outbound calls to dealerships, automotive companies, and potential business clients
• Introduce AutoTek’s solutions and identify business opportunities
• Qualify leads and update lead status in CRM or tracking sheets
• Assist in prospecting and researching potential clients across the automotive industry

Appointment Setting

• Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for the sales team
• Coordinate calendars and follow up with prospects before meetings
• Assist in managing sales pipelines and lead tracking

Marketing & Content Support

• Assist in creating simple marketing content for social media, WhatsApp blasts, email campaigns, and presentations
• Support event coordination, exhibitions, webinars, and automotive-related campaigns
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
• Help prepare slides, brochures, and marketing materials

Administrative & Operational Support

• Update databases and sales records
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and documentation
• Support day-to-day operational and coordination tasks
