Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive student for a recruitment internship to source, screen, and shortlist candidates for internship, non-executive, and fresh graduate positions with emphasis on science and engineering roles.

You will assist in job posting preparation and content creation to attract the right talent, conduct interview scheduling for shortlisted candidates, and support documentation, data entry, and learning & development materials using Canva and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Current Diploma/degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Interest in technical hiring (engineering, chemistry, microbiology) is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Canva, social media, MS Office, or similar tools.
