Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR Intern to support our Training & Development initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in coordinating training activities, maintaining records, and assisting with feedback and reporting.

The role is ideal for students pursuing HR or related fields, offering exposure to admin tasks, scheduling, and stakeholder communication within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating internal and external training programmes.
• Arrange training schedules, venues, materials and attendance.
• Communicate with trainers and employees regarding training arrangements.
• Maintain and update training records and databases.
