Job summary

Malaysia Steel Works (KL) Bhd in Petaling Jaya seeks an HR Assistant on a 6-month contract to handle worker enquiries, attendance, leave records and payroll documentation. You will distribute uniforms and maintain records while supporting the manager with ad-hoc tasks.

A degree or diploma in HR/Business Admin is required, with basic MS Office and HR software skills and 1–2 years' experience. Candidates must have their own transport to Jalan Tandang, Petaling Jaya, as the work location is not

Qualifications

• Certificate/ diploma/ bachelor's in HR, business administration or related field.
• Basic MS Office and HR software skills; knowledge considered an advantage.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend workers' enquiries daily.
• Monitor attendance, leave and payroll documentation.
• Distribute uniforms to production staff and maintain records.
• Provide support and ad-hoc tasks to the manager as needed.

Provide support and any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager from time to time

Job Requirements:

Possess a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Have basic Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excel), HR software, etc., will be an added advantage

Having at least 1-2 years of working experience will be an added advantage

Contract-based position for 6 months

Possess own transportation to work at Jalan Tandang, Petaling Jaya (Nearest public transport is KTM station- Dato' Harun)
