Job summary

4Fingers Crispy Chicken is offering an HR internship in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will support onboarding, reference checks, and maintain employee records while promoting team culture.

We are seeking a self-driven student in HR (final year preferred) with strong English communication and proficiency in MS Office. Up to 6 months internship available, with opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (final year preferred).
• Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven and motivated, eager to learn and grow.
• Able to maintain private and confidential matters at all times.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Learn to conduct reference checks and background verifications.
• Prepare and update employee records, reports, and HR documents.
• Identify and dispose of outdated records, keeping systems streamlined.
• Assist with employee events to promote team culture.
• Undertake ad hoc office administration tasks as required.

Requirement:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (Final Year students preferred).

Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Self-driven and motivated individual, who is always eager to learn and grow.

Able to maintain private and confidential matters at all times.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel & Word.

Availability for an internship of up to 6 months added advantage
