Job summary

Mega Label (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a Johor-based label and sticker printing company, seeks a proactive HR Admin to join our team. You will maintain employee records, support onboarding, generate HR reports, and coordinate training programs.

With over 200 employees and ISO 9000/14000 certifications, we offer opportunities to participate in HR projects and employee engagement activities, plus a structured Training & Development program.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees.
• Generate HR reports and assist in data analysis.
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops, and assist in tracking employee training records.
• Provide administrative support, such as filing, mailing, maintain the HR office's supplies and resources, and office organization.
• Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Job description
