Greatech Integration (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR & Admin Internship Trainee (Training) in Batu Kawan, Penang. The role supports organizing training programs for employees and maintaining ISO-compliant records.

You will monitor training activities, evaluate delivery modes, schedule classes, and coordinate with trainers. The internship requires basic computer skills and a willingness to travel within Batu Kawan and Penang Island. Transport ownership is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holds a Bachelor's Degree in HRM or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and basic knowledge of training.
• Able to work with minimum supervision, independent, initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing training programs for employees.
• Record training activities and ensure ISO requirements are followed.
• Monitor, evaluate or record training program effectiveness.
• Evaluate modes of training delivery (in-person/virtual) for cost and environmental impact.
• Schedule classes based on classroom, equipment, and instructor availability.
• Coordinate training with internal and external trainers to ensure implementation.
• Maintain documentation filing system and training data accuracy.
• Comply with ISO requirements and company SOPs, policies and guidelines.

Job description

HR & Admin Internship Trainee (Training)

Assist to organize training programs for employees and maintaining the record in which adhere to ISO requirements.

Assist to monitor, evaluate or record training activities or program effectiveness.

Assist to evaluate modes of training delivery, such as in-person or virtual, to optimize training effectiveness, training costs, or environmental impacts.

Assist to schedule classes based on availability of classrooms, equipment or instructors.

Assist to coordinate training with respective internal trainer and external trainer to ensure the training is implemented.

Maintaining documentation filing system and soft copy to ensure accuracy.

Maintaining training system data updates accurately.

Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.

To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedures, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.

Job Requirement:

Possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent field.

Basic computer skill and basic knowledge of training related.

Able to work in minimum supervision, independent, initiative.

Own transport and able to travel within Batu Kawan and Penang Island will be added advantages.
