Qualifications

• 1–3 years of freight operations experience in import/export forwarding.
• Strong understanding of international shipping and domestic transport is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing bookings of shipments.
• Coordinating bookings with shipping liners.
• Liaising with clients, shipping carriers and overseas agents.
• Preparing export documentation.
• Preparing freight/shipping rates and issuing invoices.
