Job summary

DHL Express Malaysia is offering an internship for final-year students to engage in process flow verification, GSOP documentation, and continuous improvement activities within our facilities. You will support the supervisor in scorecard monitoring and safety aspects while gaining hands-on exposure to frontline logistics operations.

Ideal candidates are Bachelor’s degree students in good academic standing (CGPA 3.00+), with 3–6 months available for internship and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree student, final year student.
• Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above.
• Internship duration minimum 3 months - 6 months.
• Good knowledge & skills in Microsoft application.

Responsibilities

• Process flow verification/GSOP, record and improvement (value stream mapping).
• Assist Supervisor in terms of Facility score card monitoring and analysis.
• Assist in 5S and safety part of monitoring and analysis.
