Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is looking for an experienced audit professional to perform routine and scheduled audits, risk assessments, and process advisory work, including ad hoc assignments.

You will lead the audit team through planning, fieldwork, coaching, report drafting and presenting findings, while partnering with stakeholders to drive continuous improvements and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and group policies.

Qualifications

• Min 4 years of working experience in internal/external audit, comprising at least 1 year solid experience of leading team/ project.
• Degree in Accounting/ Business/ Finance. Professional qualification or equivalent (i.e. CIA/ ACCA) will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to auditing in retail industry will be an added advantage.
• Possess good interpersonal, presentation and report writing skills.
• Strong critical thinking and data analytical skill.
• Independent and experienced in dealing with various Stakeholders.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
