Job summary

Haily Construction Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to join the team and oversee daily site activities. The role focuses on reporting, planning, and coordination to ensure projects meet specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

You will monitor progress, manage material reception and storage, and coordinate with subcontractors, NSC, and clients to keep schedules on track. Strong MS Office skills and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction field.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports detailing site activities, progress, projection, project planning and other relevant information.
• Conduct daily site monitoring to oversee progress, adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage the reception, ordering, and storage of materials, ensuring proper inventory control and efficient utilization.
• Facilitate the completion of inspection forms / inspection apps and manage RFI to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Provide supervision during casting / architectural processes, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, NSC and client infra to optimizing project efficiency and ensuring alignment with project specifications.
• Monitor the progress of site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team at Haily Construction Sdn Bhd, a G7 CIDB-registered main contractor primarily involved in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings.

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Six days working days)

Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports detailing site activities, progress, projection, project planning and other relevant information.

Conduct daily site monitoring to oversee progress, adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

Manage the reception, ordering, and storage of materials, ensuring proper inventory control and efficient utilization.
