Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and monitor daily engineering and site activities on a site-based role in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. You will supervise construction work and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards, while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and authorities.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering with 1–2 years of site supervision experience and the ability to resolve issues

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of site supervision experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site coordination.
• Willing to be site-based in East Ledang, Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily engineering and site activities.
• Supervise and monitor construction and maintenance work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure all works are completed according to the approved work programe and schedule.
• Review and verify technical drawings, specifications, quantities, and other project-related documents.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify any technical, quality, safety, or operational issues
• Assist in resolving technical problems and provide appropriate engineering solutions when required.
• Prepare and maintain proper project documentation, site records, inspection reports, progress reports, and other relevant documents.
• Assist in preparing project reports, progress claims, variation orders, and other relevant documentation.
