Job summary

UEM Edgenta Berhad in Malaysia invites driven students to join as a Quantity Surveyor Internship. You will assist in cost estimates, Bills of Quantities, tender documentation, and quantity take-offs for highway maintenance and infrastructure projects.

You'll support contract administration, commercial reporting, and cost control while learning measurement, progress valuation, and payment claims in line with contract requirements. A minimum 10-week commitment is required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or postgraduate in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• CGPA of 3.00 or higher.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cost estimates, Bills of Quantities, tender docs and take-offs for highway projects.
• Support contract administration, project documentation, variations and correspondence.
• Contribute to cost monitoring, budget tracking, and commercial reporting.
• Learn measurement, progress valuation and payment claims preparation.
