Job summary

WCT Land Sdn Bhd invites applications for an Intern Quantity Surveyor in Kelana Jaya, Selangor, to gain hands-on experience within a property development company. You will assist with tender lists, cost monitoring, pricing analysis, and progress claim preparations as part of a dynamic QS team.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Quantity Surveying degree with strong numerical accuracy, good communication, and MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Quantity Surveying
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the compile tenderer list for calling of tender for management approval
• Participating in project cost monitoring and control processes
• Liaising with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to gather and analyse pricing information
• Supporting the preparation of progress claims and variations
• Providing administrative support to the Quantity Surveying team
