Job summary

Duraform Engineering in Subang Jaya, Selangor is seeking an Intern Quantity Surveyor. You will assist in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and preparing tender documents and Bills of Quantities.

This full-time internship is for students pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, with interest in steel structures, construction materials, and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and steel structures.
• Good communication and management skills.
• Proficient in Excel; basic AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in quantity take-off and cost estimation.
• Support the preparation of tender documents, quotations, and Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Assist in evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Help prepare progress claims, payment certificates, and final accounts.
• Maintain project cost records and documentations.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the QS or Project Manager.
