Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a QA assistant to help maintain food safety, hygiene, and service standards, ensuring policy compliance and a positive customer experience. The role supports the QA team with training sessions for barista staff and assists in day-to-day QA tasks.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Food Science or related field, with strong communication and teamwork skills, and knowledge of QA/QC practices.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related fields.
• Ability to work independently within a team, proactive and good communication and written skills.
• Have knowledge in food biotechnology, food technology, quality assurance / quality control related matters etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist QA team in maintaining food safety, hygiene, and service standards to ensure excellent customer experience and compliance with company policies.
• Assist food handler trainer in coordinating food handler and food safety training session to barista.
• Assist with day to day task and projects within the QA department.
• Maintain and organize record for QA department and assisted unit.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
