Job summary

Dindings Poultry Development Centre Sdn. Bhd. seeks a detail-oriented administrative assistant to support maintenance invoices, requisitions, and monthly claims. You will update attendance, track fuel usage, and file transportation costs, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

The role involves coordinating with the team on order discrepancies, preparing checklists for audits, and supporting management in daily tasks. Prior experience with MS Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with invoice processing and cost reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data entry.
• Attention to detail in handling financial documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance invoice & requisition order processing.
• Generate monthly Touch & Go claims reports.
• Check and report Shell Card monthly claims.
• Update driver attendance records.
• Monitor vehicle fuel usage and BHP Bill issuance.
• Record and file transportation invoices.
• Prepare forklift audit checklists and reports.
• Follow up on BHS planning and GPS tracking records.
• Collaborate with team on order discrepancies or delays.
• Perform other management-directed tasks.

Assist key in maintenance invoice & requisition order (forklift, DCT, coop, car & other invoice) and update maintenance cost. Assist in handling Touch & Go monthly claims by generate report from T&G website for every month. Assist in checking and report Shell Card monthly claims Update driver attendance by referring to Coop Daily Planning Assist in handling vehicle diesel and petrol BHP Bill issuance and monitoring monthly usage. Record & filling invoice for driver’s 3PL, low loader and any other transportation cost. Assist on pre delivery checklist forklift audit by preparing checklist & report. Follow up on BHS planning. To assist in monitor GPS tracking record. Collaborate with team members to address any issues related to order discrepancies or delays.
