Job summary

Malayan Flour Mills Berhad (MFM) is seeking an entry‑level SHE associate to assist in basic safety projects, develop training and promotional materials, and support program implementation across retail, distribution, and production segments.

You will assist with hazard assessments, workplace inspections for regulatory compliance, and help design controls and procedures under close supervision, while contributing to accident investigations and recordkeeping to improve overall safety knowledge.

Job description

Assist in Basic Safety Project – Develop training and promotional materials for implementation of program

Evaluates the needs of the retail, distribution and business segments

Assist with conducting hazard assessments for processes and equipment

Inspect and evaluate workplace, equipment, and practices for regulatory compliance

Assist in design and implementation of workplace processes including engineering controls and procedures that help protect workers from potentially hazardous work condition

Under close supervision, provide training and feedback to improve overall knowledge of SHE activities

Perform recordkeeping functions

Participate in accident investigations to identify cause(s) and corrective actions
