Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or Economics.
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Self-motivated with organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on logistics and industrial real estate trends, including warehouse facilities, manufacturing sites, rental rates, and capital values in Penang and the broader region
• Maintain and update the database of tracked L&I buildings with accurate specifications
• Assist in building and validating logistics and industrial property investment options for Capital Markets transactions, including gathering property data and supporting due diligence processes
• Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and marketing materials for leasing opportunities, ensuring professional formatting and accuracy
• Provide research and administrative support to the team, including organizing documentation and coordinating internal information gathering

Qualifications & Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with ability to prepare professional client‑facing materials
• Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines independently
