Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) invites a motivated Logistics & Industrial Intern to support the Leasing Advisory team in Penang with hands-on market research, property analysis, and client advisory services.

This on-site role offers exposure to data collection, pitch deck preparation, and collaboration with experienced professionals while developing Excel and PowerPoint skills and professional client communications.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to prepare client-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on logistics and industrial real estate trends in Penang and the region.
• Maintain and update the database of tracked L&I buildings with accurate specifications.
• Assist in building and validating property investment options for Capital Markets transactions.
• Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and marketing materials for leasing opportunities with professional formatting.
• Provide research and administrative support, organize documentation and coordinate internal information gathering.
