Job summary

Alliance Empire Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a student intern to assist in researching prospective tenants and retail trends, maintain tenant leads and lease schedules, and support leasing operations.

Responsibilities include preparing leasing reports, LOAs, tenancy agreements, and marketing content, coordinating site visits, handover, and move-ins, and collaborating with Fit Out, Marketing, and Operations on leasing matters. This role offers hands-on experience in property leasing.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in researching prospective tenants and retail trends.
• Keep tenant leads, lease schedules, and files accurate and up to date
• Assist in preparing leasing reports and occupancy updates.
• Help prepare LOAs, tenancy agreements, and leasing correspondence.
• Support site visits, tenant handover, and move-in coordination.
• Assist with marketing activities – creating for event posters, social media updates, and promotional content.
• Work with Fit Out, Marketing, and Operations on leasing-related matters
