Job summary

You will lead negotiations, manage lease documentation, and coordinate renewals while supporting marketing efforts and market analysis to drive performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in leasing or retail property management with proficiency in lease negotiation and contract management.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, leasing regulations, and familiarity with tenancy systems (IFCA, e-tenancy).

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing?

• Leasing Operations: Conduct lease negotiations, recommend suitable space allocations, and monitor leasing pipeline progress.
• Lease Documentation and Compliance: Prepare lease agreements, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and maintain organized lease records.
• Tenant Relationship Management: Act as a key contact for tenant inquiries, collaborate to align lease terms with tenant objectives, and coordinate lease renewals.
• Marketing and Retail Engagement: Support retail marketing activities, provide leasing insights, and assist in planning promotional events.
• Reporting and Market Analysis: Track leasing performance, conduct market research, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years in leasing or retail property management with proficiency in lease negotiation and contract management.
• Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of real estate laws and leasing regulations, familiarity with Tenancy system (e.g., IFCA, e-tenancy), and exposure in shopping mall environment is a plus.
