Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an E-Learning Content Development Intern to help transform classroom training into digital modules using iSpring and multimedia tools.

You will design, develop, edit and publish online learning content, assist with LMS uploads, ensure branding compliance, and collaborate with SMEs and the L&D team to continually improve materials for onboarding, leadership development, compliance and technical learning.

Responsibilities

• Convert existing classroom training materials into interactive e-learning modules using iSpring.
• Design and develop multimedia learning content including graphics, animations, quizzes, and assessments.
• Edit and format videos, images, audio, and other digital learning assets to support online learning programmes.
• Assist in uploading, testing, and maintaining learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Ensure learning materials comply with corporate branding and learning standards.
• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the L&D team to update and improve existing learning content.
• Support digital learning initiatives, including onboarding, leadership development, compliance, and technical learning programmes.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure online learning modules are functioning properly and provide a positive learner experience.
• Assist in generating learning content reports and maintaining digital learning records.
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignments and projects assigned by the Organizational Development team.

The E-Learning Content Development Intern will support the Organizational Development and Learning & Development team in transforming existing classroom-based training materials into engaging digital learning content using iSpring and other multimedia tools. The intern will assist in designing, developing, editing, and publishing online learning modules, enabling employees across the Group to access consistent, self-paced learning resources.
