Job summary

Weixing Media is seeking a recruitment associate in Malaysia to post ads, search for suitable candidates, and coordinate interviews. You will explain job details, salary and requirements, and maintain records throughout the process. You will support candidates during trial and probation, with a monthly target to meet recruitment goals.

The role includes a 7-day consecutive trial followed by a 30-day probation, with incentives based on interviews and successful placements.

Trial Period

• Duration: 7 consecutive days
• Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Lunch break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
• Trial allowance: RM30/day
• The 7-day trial must be completed consecutively without interruption.
