Job summary

Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR Analytics and Reporting Specialist to maintain employee data across Asia-Pacific systems and deliver regular HR dashboards.

You will drive data quality, support HRIS projects, and coordinate audits, with advanced Excel and BI tools, collaborating with stakeholders to meet deadlines. Fluent English is required and a degree in HR/Business is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in analytics and reporting, preferably HR-related.
• Advanced Excel with automation, formulas, pivot tables and macros.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee data across Asia-Pacific systems and ensure accuracy.
• Produce regular and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards.
• Support HRIS projects and annual processes such as salary reviews.
• Monitor HR KPIs and liaise with stakeholders to resolve data quality issues.
• Coordinate internal/external audit requirements for HR Shared Services.

Job description

• Maintain employee data in various internal systems for Asia-Pacific Region.
• Monitor, investigate and rectify employee data mismatches in various internal systems, to ensure that data is accurate and complete in all systems.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit requirements for HR Shared Services Operations.
• Produce regular scheduled reports and conduct ad hoc reporting as and when required by stakeholders.
• Maintain and update HR Dashboard monthly and assist with Annual Processes, e.g., Salary Review.
• Lead and conduct annual Company wide processes such as bonus cycles, salary review cycle, etc.
• Monitor operational KPIs for HR internally to maintain data accuracy and completeness across systems.
• Supports in HRIS projects / initiatives to meet business needs and execute planned tasks in a timely and consistent manner.
• Maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders to resolve data quality and reporting challenges.
• Ad-hoc tasks may be assigned as and when required.

The Successful Applicant

• Fluency in English is a must.
• Minimum 5 years' experiences in an Analytics and Reporting role, preferably with HR experience.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance, Social Sciences, Business Management.
• Advanced Excel skills required such as automation, formulas, pivot tables, V-Lookups, macros.
• Data visualisation experience or knowledge such as Power BI, Tableau, Power Query.
• Strong attention to detail, methodical and accurate.
• Demonstrated team player with an ability to foster effective working relationships.
