Job summary

GENPACT MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Talent Acquisition expert to drive programs, policies and processes across the HR function. You will support staff with guidance on core TA processes and resolve complex issues, while collaborating with COE on program delivery.

You will identify opportunities to update procedures and technologies, mentor staff, and participate in data-driven improvements. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR/Business Administration or Diploma with equivalent experience.
• Subject matter expertise in Talent Acquisition.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition programs, policies and processes.
• Identify and recommend updates to processes, procedures and technologies.
• Provide staff with technical support and guidance on Talent Acquisition HR processes.
• Act in a consultative and project management role to COE to define and implement programs.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery.
• Launch case management from intake to closure and monitor timely resolutions.
• Analyze metrics and data around compliance and performance.

Job description

Serve as the subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition programs, policies and processes. You will identify and recommend methods to update, simplify and enhance processes, procedures and technologies, while providing staff with technical support and guidance on core Talent Acquisition HR processes to resolve increasingly complex issues.

Key responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition programs, policies and processes

Identify and recommend methods to update, simplify and enhance processes, procedures and technologies

Provide staff with technical support and guidance on core Talent Acquisition HR processes and resolve increasingly complex issues

Act in a consultative and project management role to COE to define and implement program delivery

Identify process and systems implications of, and solutions to, new or modified programs and policies

Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure services are effectively delivered

Launch case management with ownership from intake to transition, escalation, or closure

Monitor case management and timely closure of tickets with Supervisors/Team Leads to ensure quality customer service

Gather and analyze appropriate metrics, data and reports around compliance, performance, and data analytics

May develop and mentor staff, including undertaking performance reviews

About you

Bachelor's Degree with a professional HR/Business Administration qualification or Diploma with equivalent working experience

Previous experience and subject matter expertise in Talent Acquisition

Ability to pay close attention to details and use time effectively

Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to independently compose routine written communications

Proficient in Talent Acquisition end to end HR processes

Workday experience is strongly desirable

Strong problem solving and analytical ability
