Job summary

8DOORS is seeking a sales-oriented candidate to manage end-to-end sales, follow up with customers, and coordinate with internal teams. The role involves engaging customers via calls, emails, and meetings, and building lasting relationships.

Applicants should be self-motivated, willing to work weekends, and have a bonus if familiar with renovation or interior design. English, Bahasa Melayu, and Chinese Mandarin are preferred for communication with customers and associates.

• Required language (English, Bahasa Melayu & Chinese Mandarin) to communicate with customers and associates.
• Salary includes basic + commission; basic salary will be paid based on experiences.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a smooth follow-up, including setting up appointments.
• Contacting potential and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Managing the entire sales process, including collaboration with other internal departments and providing after-sales service.
• Understanding customers' needs and offering relevant solutions.
• Building long-term, trusting relationships with customers.
• To achieve monthly sales target set by management.
