Job summary

Majestic Interior Deco is seeking an energetic Outdoor Sales Executive to engage with customers, visit project sites, and help clients choose suitable interior renovation solutions for homes and businesses in Kuching.

You will handle inquiries on SPC Flooring, Wall Features, Rollerblinds, Curtains, Ceiling Works, Painting, and related renovations, meet targets, and coordinate with the internal team to deliver projects.

• Follow up with customers on quotations and project confirmation.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding confirmed projects.
• Maintain good communication and relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

An energetic and responsible Outdoor Sales Executive role suitable for someone who enjoys meeting customers, visiting project sites and helping customers choose suitable interior renovation solutions for their homes or businesses. You will mainly handle enquiries related to SPC Flooring, Wall Feature & Decorative Panels, Rollerblinds & Curtains, Ceiling Works, Painting & Skim Coat, and Interior Renovation Works.

Key responsibilities

• Attend customer enquiries assigned by the company
• Meet customers and conduct site visits
• Understand customer renovation and interior decoration requirements
• Recommend suitable products and services based on customer needs
• Take basic site measurements
• Follow up with customers on quotations and project confirmation
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding confirmed projects
• Maintain good communication and relationships with customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

About you

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Basic knowledge of measurements will be an advantage
• Experience in sales, renovation, furniture or interior-related industries is an advantage but not compulsory
• Must be comfortable travelling to customer sites around Kuching and surrounding areas
• Possess own transportation and a valid driving licence
