Job summary

Hallmark Kitchen . Studio, based in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a creative Interior Designer to join the team and lead premium residential projects.

We require a Diploma/Degree in Interior Design with at least 3 years of residential experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software, and the ability to manage site coordination and client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential interior design.
• Hands-on experience in wet works, renovation and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on clients' requirements and lifestyle.
• Prepare space planning, mood boards, material selections, 3D visualisations and design presentations.
• Present design concepts and communicate with clients throughout the design process.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors, suppliers and project teams.
• Coordinate renovation works, including wet works and other interior renovation works.
• Monitor site progress and resolve design or site-related issues when required.
