Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant interior design experience.
• Strong conceptual and creative design ability with excellent presentation skills.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, detailing, construction and buildability.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite; 3D studio max rendering skills are an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate and present confidently to clients.
• Independent, responsible and capable of taking ownership of projects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design direction and creative development of assigned projects from concept through to completion.
• Develop strong design concepts that respond to the client's brief, brand identity, budget and project objectives.
• Prepare and lead design presentations, including concept boards, material palettes, layouts, 3D visuals and design proposals.
• Present and communicate design ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage design development and ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
• Review drawings, materials, shop drawings, mock-ups and site works to ensure the approved design intent is maintained.
• Provide practical and creative solutions to design, technical and site-related challenges.
• Take responsibility for design quality, detailing and overall project execution.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, encouraging strong design thinking and professional development.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of creativity, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Stay informed of emerging design trends, materials, technologies and industry developments.
