Job summary

H Cubic Design is seeking an Interior Designer to work on residential and commercial renovation projects. You will meet clients to understand requirements, preferences and budgets, then provide creative design solutions and detailed drawings for execution.

The role involves preparing 2D/3D drawings, floor plans, elevations and built-in furniture, while coordinating with clients, sales, factory and installers to ensure accurate production and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in kitchen cabinet, built-in furniture or renovation industry is an added advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software or other relevant design software.
• Good understanding of space planning, materials, colours and furniture layout.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Revise designs according to clients' feedback and requirements.
• Ensure drawings and design details are accurate before production.

Key responsibilities

Meet and communicate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences and budget ( FOR SALES DESIGNER POSITION)

Provide creative and practical interior design solutions based on clients' needs

Prepare 2D drawings, 3D designs, floor plans and elevations

Design kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, TV cabinets and other customised built-in furniture

Prepare design proposals, material selections and colour combinations

Prepare quotations and assist the sales team in presenting design proposals to clients ( FOR SALES DESIGNER POSITION)

Conduct site visits and site measurements when required( FOR SALES DESIGNER POSITION)

About you
