Job summary

APIO Design Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team in Malaysia. The role focuses on coordinating project schedules, communicating with clients, managing resources, and maintaining detailed documentation to ensure interiors projects are delivered on time and to high standards.

You will work closely with designers and stakeholders to meet project goals, handle multiple projects, and solve issues as they arise in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-3 years in a Project Coordinator role or similar, with interior design/architecture/construction or creative industry background preferred.
• Skills: Excellent project management and organizational skills, with proficiency in tools like Trello, Asana, and Microsoft Project.
• Communication: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Project Schedules: Manage project timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resource Management: Coordinate project resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
