Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a Project Coordinator role or similar.
• Background in interior design, architecture, construction, or creative industry preferred.
• Experience with project coordination and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage communications.
• Coordinate project resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain detailed project records and prepare proposals and budgets.
• Work with designers and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise.
