Job summary

DAA Design Associates Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a Project Coordinator (Architectural/Construction) to oversee day-to-day operations on multiple job sites and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will coordinate planning, schedules, and documentation, review drawings for accuracy, and facilitate communication between consultants, contractors, and internal teams. A 6-day work week is required, with Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma or Degree in (Project Management is a plus).
• Able to read construction drawings.
• Strong communication, leadership & problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Own transport & valid driver’s license (GDL added advantage).
• Mandarin-speaking is an advantage.
• 6-day work week (Sat: 9am–3pm).

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, contracts, permits, and drawings.
• Facilitate communication between consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Attend meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Review drawings for accuracy and report inconsistencies.
• Support design intent through documentation and construction phases.
