Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design and project management.
• Diploma or degree in interior design or construction management.
• Proficient in Malay and English; Mandarin is a bonus.
• Experience with interior design and architect firms and strong CAD capability.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing architectural working drawings.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities and network with potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, designers, architects, contractors and procurement team.
• Maintain/organize project files, schedules and specifications.
• Monitor and assist in the progress of construction.
• Site survey/ measures of existing conditions and producing drawings of same.
