Job description

We are seeking a dynamic individual who is able to combine the creativity of interior architecture with sharp business skills to achieve success in our projects and make significant contributions to our firms' overall growth.

Responsibilities

Responsible for developing architectural working drawings.

Identify and pursue business opportunities and networking with potential clients.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, designers, architects, contractors and procurement team.

Site survey/ measures of existing conditions and producing drawings of same.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in interior design and project management.

Diploma/ Degree in interior design or construction management (or any other related courses).

Proficient in Malay and English. (Mandarin is a bonus.)

Experience and interest in traditional and modern detailing.

Able to use computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Able to communicate effectively, self-driven with responsibilities and have a strong passion for sales related roles.

Experience in working with interior design and architect firms.
