Responsibilities
Responsible for developing architectural working drawings.
Identify and pursue business opportunities and networking with potential clients.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, designers, architects, contractors and procurement team.
Maintain/ organize project files, schedules and specifications.
Monitor and assist in the progress of construction.
Site survey/ measures of existing conditions and producing drawings of same.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in interior design and project management.
Diploma/ Degree in interior design or construction management (or any other related courses).
Proficient in Malay and English. (Mandarin is a bonus.)
Experience and interest in traditional and modern detailing.
Able to use computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Able to communicate effectively, self-driven with responsibilities and have a strong passion for sales related roles.
Experience in working with interior design and architect firms.
