Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a Penang-based interior design and construction firm seeking an experienced designer to lead project drawing work and client-focused coordination.

You will design concept proposals, create 3D drawings, layout plans and detailed drawings, source material prices, prepare quotations, and coordinate with suppliers to meet deadlines. You will manage timelines and budgets across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related field.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to handle client expectations.
• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture, or related field.
• Preferably at executive level in Architecture/Interior Design or related field.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask with a self-motivated attitude.
• High standard of technical drawings and budget awareness for project costs.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare concept proposals, 3D drawings, sketches, layout plans, and detailed drawings related to projects while meeting deadlines.
• Source material prices and prepare quotations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and all relevant parties throughout the project.
• Manage project timelines, work arrangements, and adhere to set deadlines.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
