Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field required.
• Minimum 7–10 years in insurance brokerage, risk management, or related field.
• Candidate must hold BCCITB certificate.
• Willing to contribute to expand clientele via business development.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Risk Management department including admin, documentation and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements; manage client communications and insurer liaison.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities, manage tenders and respond to RFPs; develop proposals and presentations.
• Analyze client risk exposures, negotiate terms with insurers and manage claims.
• Provide risk management consultancy and stay updated on market trends; maintain strong client relationships.
