Job summary

The candidate should bring 7–10 years of experience in insurance brokerage or risk management, with a valid BCCITB certificate and strong English/Bahasa Melayu communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 7–10 years in insurance brokerage, risk management, or related field.
• Candidate must hold a valid Basic Certificate Course in Insurance and Takaful Broking (BCCITB).
• Willing to contribute to expand clientele coverage by engaging in business development activities when required.
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Risk Management department.
• Manage client inquiries, insurer coordination and documentation.
• Track policy renewals and prepare renewal quotations.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and support business development initiatives.
• Mentor and coach junior staff and lead team development.
• Provide expert risk management consultation to clients and maintain market knowledge.
