Accenture Insurance Operations is seeking a dedicated associate to support routine policy processing tasks in Malaysia. The role involves data entry, policy document issuance, and premium billing, ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field.
• General insurance knowledge or experience preferred.
• Experience in a BPO/Shared Services environment is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work during Malaysian public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Validate and enter customer proposals, applications, and transactions into the policy processing system for specific lines of business.
• Ensure adherence to processing turnaround times for policy applications and transaction processing.
• Generate quotations, new policies, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and perform admin tasks for consumer line products.
• Communicate effectively with Underwriters and clients to gather information for policy administration and servicing.
• Organize and maintain electronic databases with data input and maintenance tasks.
• Investigate and rectify rework issues to ensure process accuracy and efficiency.
