Job summary

MoneyHero Group is seeking an Insurance Operations Associate to own and maintain content quality across personal finance products for MoneyHero. You will ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across platforms, with emphasis on insurance brokerage operations and CMS configurations.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Campaign teams, manage content workflows, and support CMS migrations. Strong writing skills in English and Traditional Chinese are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of writing experience.
• Fluency in Traditional Chinese (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong command of English for cross-functional collaboration.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, ContentStack, Strapi).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to prioritise and complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage product, offer, and campaign configurations in Strapi for the MoneyHero market.
• Ensure content is correctly structured and mapped to frontend components; validate CTA behavior and product attributes.
• Conduct regular audits to identify outdated or misconfigured content.
• Support CMS migrations, enhancements, and content model updates.
• Set up and maintain reward forms and offers in Rewards Gateway.
• Configure reward logic, eligibility criteria, and promotional messaging.
• Ensure alignment between CMS product configuration and reward display.
• Support transactional and post-application messaging flows.
• Work with Product and Engineering to validate content requirements for new features.
• Coordinate with Commercial and Campaign teams to support provider requests.
• Assist Analytics and BA teams with click tracking and attribution setup.
