Job summary

MoneyHero Group is seeking a senior Content Operations/Product Ownership lead based in Malaysia, fully remote. You will own publishing across SingSaver, MoneyHero, Moneymax and Money101, guiding a 6–10 person Web Operations team and driving CMS enhancements for multi-market campaigns.

You’ll balance 60% team leadership with 40% product ownership, ensuring compliant, accurate financial content across four regulatory regimes while adapting to AI-driven content strategies and fast-changing

Qualifications

• 6+ years in content operations, web operations, digital platform ownership or product ownership, including at least 2 years managing a team
• Business fluency in English, reading and writing in Traditional Chinese and Cantonese as applicable to the Hong Kong operation
• Hands-on experience running content at scale in a CMS (WordPress, HubSpot or similar)
• Daily use of AI tools with a clear stance on benefits vs risk
• Comfortable in GA4 and GTM; able to pull and interpret data independently
• Experience working with engineering in an agile setup: writing clear requirements and prioritizing a backlog

Responsibilities

• Campaign content delivery across web, email and social in all four markets
• Manage a team of 6-10 Web Operations Executives: hiring, coaching and workload allocation
• Replicate successful campaigns across markets to create repeatable processes
• Serve as escalation point for production content issues
• Oversee QC process for rates, fees, eligibility criteria and expiry dates
• Define and own CMS/workflow improvements and content structure standards
