Job summary

MoneyHero Group is seeking a Product Owner for Content and Web Operations, a fully remote role based in Malaysia. You will own how financial content and campaigns are published across four markets and our brands: SingSaver, MoneyHero, Moneymax and Money101.

The role balances operations leadership with product ownership: guiding a team of Web Operations Executives, shipping CMS enhancements, and building repeatable, compliant publishing workflows that work with AI tools and analytics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in content operations, web operations, digital platform ownership or product ownership, including at least 2 years managing a team
• Business fluency in English, plus reading and writing in Traditional Chinese and spoken Cantonese. Hong Kong operation lead
• Hands-on experience running content at scale in a CMS (WordPress, HubSpot or similar)
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT, with a view on where they help or pose risk
• Comfortable in GA4 and GTM, able to pull numbers without waiting for an analyst
• Experience working with engineering in an agile setup: writing clear requirements, prioritizing a backlog, saying no

Responsibilities

• Operations and delivery: manage campaign content across web, email and social in four markets
• Lead a team of Web Operations Executives: hiring, coaching, workload allocation and quality standards
• Campaign replication across markets to create repeatable processes
• Quality and compliance: ensure accurate QC of rates, fees, eligibility and expiry dates; secure sign-offs with legal and compliance
• Product ownership: define the content ops roadmap; backlog for CMS/workflows; ship improvements quarterly
• AI and efficiency: identify high-cost steps, implement AI where appropriate, share reusable prompts and templates
• Performance: analyze content and campaign page performance in GA4 and run A/B tests
